We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team in Dubai. As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international accounting and financial reporting standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the organization.
- Oversee the preparation of tax returns and other compliance-related documents.
- Manage and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA, ACCA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting standards.
- Experience managing a team of accountants and financial analysts.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
